Our Story

When Hank and Kathy Moore were traveling through Europe, Italy, and France, they always chose outdoor eateries and thought how nice they were.  Upon returning to the states, they were traveling through Zion National Park and stopped at Oscar’s Cafe.

At that time, the cafe was a small town walk-up and order eatery.  Hank met the owner and casually said, "if you ever want to sell this place, I’ll buy it."  The next day the original owner called Hank and took him up on his offer. 

Twenty-one years later, the cafe is a full-service restaurant and is happy to be a part of the Springdale community.
